Donvesting grew out of a question that has been with Mario for many years:
How can you help people while also creating structures that last over time?
From this question, a model emerged that connects charity and investment in a new way. Donvesting means supporting projects that create impact, strengthen people and at the same time offer clear, transparent returns. It is not about dependency or a one-way street, but about a cycle of giving, growth and shared responsibility.
In Bali, these ideas come together. Projects are being created there that connect nature, sustainability, human connection and economic future. Each of these projects has its own role, and together they form a vision of holistic development.
Spirit Hills
A glamping and healing resort in the middle of the rice fields. A place for peace, nature and regeneration, built on a sustainable concept and a transparent participation model.
Glamping Villa
For those who prefer a tangible asset as an investment. A single villa with occupancy, returns and development that can be clearly tracked and calculated.
Seminyak Lifestyle Center (SLC)
In the heart of Seminyak, a modern place for sport, wellness, gastronomy and community is taking shape, connected with a boutique hotel and padel courts. Urban energy meets a sustainable future.
Garden of Life
The biggest project of the heart: a centre for connection, healing and education. It includes villas, tree houses, agriculture, culture and social projects, a place where nature and people come together.

Flower of Life / Hexagon, a personal place at the heart of the project, connected with spiritual symbolism and real impact.
Spirit Hills Token (SHBT)
The digital representation of the returns from Spirit Hills. Transparent, traceable and closely linked to the real resort.
BaliSol Token
An energy project in which one token represents one watt of solar power. Sustainability as a stable foundation for future returns.

Entrepreneurship has accompanied Mario Hintermayer for more than three decades. Not as a career step, but as a way of life. He has experienced highs that inspire courage and lows that leave a mark. From both came principles that still guide him today: taking responsibility, recognising opportunities and not only thinking about visions, but living them.
During this time, Mario has built companies, led international teams and expanded his personal limits. He has learned how to make decisions when it matters, and how to keep going even when the path is unclear. Many of his experiences have turned into stories that inspire people to walk their own path with more clarity and courage.

MH Charity brings together Mario’s social work. The goal is lasting impact: strengthening people instead of making them dependent. Wherever projects emerge, opportunities grow, for education, health, the environment and community.
